Some people settle best when they have something to do: a breath to follow, a rhythm to return to. Others settle best when they can simply be still. The Crystal & Breathwork Experience brings both together in one visit.
In this Journal article, we'll explain what this combined session involves, how it flows, and who it might suit. Like every Neo Nour experience, it's a complementary wellbeing practice for rest and reflection. It isn't a medical or psychological treatment, and it doesn't replace care from a health professional.
Why combine breath and crystals?
Breathwork and crystal healing work in different ways. Guided breathing gives your attention an active focus, a gentle, steady thing to follow. Crystal healing invites you into quiet stillness, with stones resting on or around you as a calm, tactile focal point.
Together, they make a natural arc: from active attention to deep rest. Many people find the first part helps them arrive, and the second helps them stay.
Neo Nour also offers Energy Detox & Crystal Healing, another combined session where both practices share a theme of letting go.
There's also something practical about the combination. Breathing is a practice you can take home with you: a few slow breaths before a meeting, or at the end of a long day. Crystals, meanwhile, offer a quiet, sensory reminder of stillness. Some people like to keep a small stone on a desk or bedside table afterwards, as a cue to pause. Neither is required, and neither is a remedy for anything. They're simply gentle anchors that many people find helpful.
What the Crystal & Breathwork Experience is
On our Experiences page, it's described as a combined session with crystal healing, guided breathwork and meditation. It's one of our private combined sessions, which bring two complementary practices into one visit.
If you'd like to read about each practice on its own first, see our guides to breathwork and guided meditation and crystal healing in Lebanon.
How a session unfolds
Each session is shaped around you, but a typical flow might look like this:
Check-in. A short conversation about how you've been, what you'd like from your time, and anything relevant to your comfort.
Guided breathwork. Seated or lying down, you're guided through a comfortable breathing pattern. The pace is always adjusted to you, and you can return to natural breathing at any time.
Guided meditation. The breathing softens into a spoken meditation, inviting your attention to rest on the body, the breath or a calming image.
Crystal healing and rest. Your practitioner places crystals on or around you, and the room falls quiet. This is time simply to be still.
Closing. The crystals are gently removed, and you come back slowly, with water and time to share anything you noticed, if you wish.
Some people feel calm, light or grounded; some feel emotional; some feel sleepy; some notice very little. There's no right or wrong experience. You're in control throughout, and can pause, adjust or ask questions whenever you like.
Who it might suit
This combined experience may be a good fit if:
• you find it hard to settle straight into stillness; • you've enjoyed breathwork or crystals before and want to try both together; • you'd like a slightly fuller session as a treat for yourself; • you love the tactile, grounding feel of crystals; • you'd like a breathing practice you can return to at home.
If you prefer a session with no active breathing at all, a quieter practice may suit you better. Our guide to how Reiki, sound and energy cleansing differ can help you compare.

Preparing and booking
• Wear comfortable clothes you can breathe and rest in. You'll stay fully clothed. • Eat lightly beforehand and stay hydrated. • Leave a note when you book about anything relevant to your comfort, such as pregnancy, a respiratory or heart condition, a history of panic attacks, or sensitivity to pressure, so breathing and crystal placements can be gently adapted. • Booking times are shown in Lebanon (Beirut) time. If you're booking from abroad, please convert to your local time.
Anything you share is held with care and discretion.
